Art Commission Rules & Terms of Service

You can place your commissions here.If you are commissioning me you need to read all of these rules first, and then if you wish to proceed with your commission you need to contact me so we can discuss your idea first. You cannot just purchase a commission from me as I may not be comfortable or able to draw your specific idea, we need to discuss it first so I can remain comfortable and you can get a better audio as I will ask you questions to get a better idea of what you want. You must use Ko-Fi DMs to discuss your commission with me. If you do not have a Ko-Fi account you will have to make one. Using Ko-Fi messages keeps everything in one place and helps and helps verify your age as you must be 18+ to have a Ko-Fi account. You do not need to donate me any money to be able to message me, simply click on the speech bubble icon that's at the bottom right hand corner of each commission option on the commission page.You must be 18 years or older to commission me, regardless if the work is SFW or NSFW. You must be 18+ to have a Ko-Fi account as per Ko-Fi’s own rules. By commissioning me you are confirming that you are 18 years or older.All commissions are for personal use only. You may not monetise or in any way make money out of the commission I have made for you (e.g. putting it on merchandise). I retain the copyright to the art, you are not purchasing the copyright to the art only the art piece. You retain the rights to any of your own characters and I retain the rights to my own characters. And if you commission me to draw my original characters I retain the rights to my characters, these are art commissions not adoptables.Wherever you share your art commission from me, you must credit me and tag me (@emptymasks on Tumblr, Bluesky, X, Youtube and @dervampireprince on Twitch). If used in a stream schedule or announcement like image you must credit me within the image, if used as a Twitch emote then attribute the emote to @dervmapireprince, if used as a PNGtuber model or stream overlay decoration then credit me in your panels. Do not take credit for creating any of the art you commission off me.You may not use my works, including anything you’ve commissioned from me, for NFTs or for any sort of AI training or generative AI. You or anyone else cannot trace, edit, alter or repurpose the art in any way.This commission requires 100% payment up front and is non-refundable. Be sure that you want to commission me before you pay as you would only get a refund if I had to cancel the commission and was unable make the art. You cannot get a refund for not liking the art I give you, but I can make small changes for no extra charge.I will only draw pre-designed characters that you must be able to send me a full body reference for (whether this be your OC, a fandom character, one of my OCs, etc). I will not be designing a character for you. I will however draw characters that are usually in very simple styles and translate them into my own (e.g. Cookie Run characters).I am willing to make up to 3 adjustments to your commission that cannot include redrawing the entire piece. If you ask for adjustments after we've both agreed the commission is finished and I've sent it off to you, I have the right to refuse to go back to the drawing and work on it again. If you are asking for adjustments you must allow me extra time to complete them.You are ordering digital art that will be send as image files, not physical art, and not the Photoshop file. When the art is done, I will send you a Google Drive link where you can download your file/s. Make sure you download it to your device as I won't host it on my Google Drive forever.I have the rights to upload and share any artwork commissioned from me to my social media and portfolio. I will always credit you as the commissioner, or I can credit you as anonymous if you'd rather not be named or tagged but you’d have to specify that when commissioning me.You cannot use anything commissioned from me to make false representations of me or to spread hate speech (sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, antisemitism etc).I have the right to refuse any commission if I am uncomfortable with it or you. Do not guilt trip me or harass me if I refuse your commission.

Will & Will Not Draw

This list only applies to art commissions. You may see me draw things on this list for myself, but that doesn’t mean I’m comfortable getting commissions for it.I will draw: humans, humanoids, monsters, mechs, furries and anthros, fanart, OCs, fandom OCs, self-inserts, Vtubers.I will not draw: NSFW or pornographic art, gore, nudity, anything bigoted or any real people who are bigoted, ferals and animals.I will not draw fanart for anything from these fandoms: the Harry Potter/Fantastic Beasts franchise, Hazbin Hotel, Helluva Boss, Good Omens, The Sandman (or any other Neil Gaiman works).
